Rice 5451 is a fragrant rice produced from OM 5451 rice – a pure rice variety, selected from the hybrid Jasmine 85/OM2490. This rice variety was recognized as a national rice variety by the Science and Technology Council of the Ministry of Agriculture on June 23th, 2011
5451 is a high-yielding rice variety grown widely in the Cuu Long Delta.
Rice 5451 has the characteristics of elongated grain evenly and beautifully, the rice is milky in color, less charky and less breakage after milling.
The rice meets export standards and is suitable for cooking both office and home meal
